In her eight years with the team, Lilly has sold over $100M in real estate, was awarded 'The #1 Rental Agent' for Coldwell Banker's Boston office in both dollar volume & number of transactions, and helped lead the team to a national award, being named the #9 North American Coldwell Banker Team in Rental Income for two consecutive years. Lilly has an established reputation as being trustworthy, attentive, and detail-oriented. As a result of her extensive referral network and partnerships, she frequently fulfills the relocation needs for many of Boston's top companies, like Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Schneider Electric, and Facebook. A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Lilly's client list extends from investors and developers to first-time homeowners and empty-nesters. She currently resides in South Boston with her husband + son and serves as a building trustee on her condo board. She is an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma's Intercollegiate Alumnae Association, the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation and is an advisor for Negotiating Women, Inc.
