Through her urban planning work, Renee developed deep expertise in local land use and housing development regulations, as well as a nuanced understanding of housing trends and neighborhood dynamics across the Greater Boston area. In addition, Renee has served on her local Planning Board for the past 6 years, giving her firsthand experience with the local zoning and permitting for real estate development, including new construction, additions, and renovations.
