About Mona

As an area resident for over 20 years, I have become entrenched in the local community not only in regards to Real Estate but also as a mother and as a contributor to the local schools, non profits and local work training programs. I am extremely passionate about real estate and have bought, sold, renovated, and built multiple homes over the past 20 years. This experience coupled with my background in Structural Engineering allows me to offer a depth of knowledge and expertise to my Real Estate clients. In addition to knowledge of the construction aspect of Real Estate, I am a firm believer that relationships are key to successful sales and negotiations. I take pride in being able to walk my clients through the process of buying and selling Real Estate and to also help them understand the pros and cons of different offer strategies. My primary areas of focus are Belmont, Watertown, Lexington, Arlington, Newton, and Cambridge.
