Why do I choose to do real estate: Some people like to make friends, some others try to make much more money. For me, I love both, that is why I choose to do real estate: helping my clients to buy/sell/invest to make more money, and a lot of them become my friends. Why do you want to do business with me? Very simple: I listen to what they need and what they want; I have deep experience : I have listed/sold many other people's properties, residence and commercial, I bought and sold my own investment properties. I help to find solutions : People are very smart, but from time to time, it is always good to have someone they can trust to bounce some ideas. Since I have listed and sold a lot of properties and I am an investor myself, be there and done that, so my clients/friends like to stay with me, even they are smart and experience enough to do by their own.
