About Carolyn

After consulting in the field of Special Education for over 14 years I decided it was time for a career change. Over the years I enjoyed working with and getting to know so many wonderful families but the world of Special Education is a very complicated one. I worked hard to build and strengthen relationships between families and school districts which was often challenging due to school budgets, district policies/practices, and Special Ed laws, to name a few. Despite these challenges, I always found my work to be very rewarding. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to providing support, education, and resources to the families I served to help them best navigate the Special Education system for their loved ones. Throughout my Special Education journey, I have developed key skills that carry over to the field of Real Estate. Over the years I have utilized skills such as; negotiation, collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving. It also allowed me to develop effective written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. My “hands on” approach and active listening skills have proven effective in my many years as a Consultant and have proven to be a tremendous asset in my career as a Real Estate Agent/Realtor. I consider myself to be an honest, reliable, hard-working, and skilled professional. I am dedicated to the people I serve, and my priority is making sure that the journey of buying/selling real estate is a positive experience and that my client(s) never feels alone in the process. Being affiliated with Coldwell Banker has been a huge asset and allows me to provide my client(s) with the most up-to-date tools and resources available. I am a native New Englander, growing up in Burlington, MA for 20+ years. Although I spent my college years in southern Florida, I found my way back to Massachusetts where I have lived and brought up my family in Tewksbury, MA. I consider myself a lifetime learner and am always looking for new opportunities to learn new things. I enjoy being active, traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for design/decor, as well as, an interest in renovation/remodeling, and often watch HGTV for inspiration. On my free time you can usually find me spending time outdoors; whether it’s doing yard work, taking a walk, swimming, or enjoying a day at the beach.
