Investing in real estate is one of a person's most important decisions. It can be both exhilarating and terrifying, yet it's also one of the most rewarding experiences imaginable. As a former investor and one of the area's leading real estate experts, I understand this concept first hand. I have over six years of experience as a real estate agent, coupled with many more years of experience as a real estate investor. I am originally from Savannah, Georgia, but I've lived in Monroe for the past 45 years; therefore, I am a long-time resident of the area. I began my real estate career in 1995 as an investor then transitioned into a full-time real estate agent role and have been thriving ever since. Before becoming a real estate agent, I graduated from Ouachita High School and attended the University of Louisiana-Monroe, where I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design. Through my many years of hard work at Coldwell Banker, I have earned some of the industry's highest honors and awards including the Shining Star Award in 2020, the 2021 Honor Society Emerald Award, the 2021 Super Star Award, and the 2021 International Sterling Society Award. I am ambitious and dedicated to my craft, and I take great pride in my work as a realtor. Nothing brings me greater joy than serving my community and working in a fulfilling career I absolutely love. Whether I'm working with first-time home buyers or sellers preparing for the next phase of their lives, I treat my clients like family and maintain relationships with them long after the transaction is over. I have built and maintained a business where the majority of my clients are referrals or repeat clients, something that brings me great joy. Whether my clients are new to the area or are life-long residents, I'm always proud to show off my tight-knit community in Monroe. In addition to my career as a real estate agent, I am a community advocate and a family woman. I have an amazing husband and am the proud mother of two children and two adult stepchildren, and I am honored to be the Mimi to three grandchildren. When I'm not facilitating real estate transactions, you can find me spending quality time with my family, gardening, fishing, and traveling
