About Susan

Everything we have achieved to date has led us to real estate! We focus our experience in finance, accounting, construction, project management, contracts and civil engineering toward accomplishing our clients’ goals, giving them a team that can get the deal done with the confidence they are getting the best result possible! Susan was born in Montgomery, AL and graduated from the Montgomery Academy.  After receiving a degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech, she went to work in Houston, where she met and married Ed. Ed was born in Shreveport and graduated from Jesuit High School, now Loyola College Prep.  After majoring in marketing and finance with degrees from LSUS and Texas A&M, he went to work in the natural gas industry in Houston where he met and married Susan. We moved to Shreveport in 2000, where our two children, Edwin and Sarah, graduated from Caddo Magnet High School. Now, Susan and Ed are Team Noland!!
