Patio faces the northeast so there's no afternoon sun. There is also NO BACK NEIGHBORS, as the yard faces the walking trail that is in the neighborhood. Just walk out your back gate and enjoy your walk! Small back yard, just right for your dog but you won't have to spend all you weekends cutting grass.
