Lake Verret Retreat is a relaxing lake view camp that sleeps eight on owned, not leased, land! Located in Pierre Part, Your camp will make a great place for a family vacation, couples experience, fishing trip, or girls/guys getaway. Live here full time or earn income by sharing it with others through existing rental booking websites. Amenities include a large 20 x 40 ft. back deck, overlooking the beauty of a Louisiana swamp. Listen and watch the bald eagles above nesting in the tall cypress trees. Take a morning stroll down the private pier on the lake and watch the gorgeous sunrise while sipping coffee on the covered swing watching lake wildlife such as pelicans, herons, cranes, turtles, alligators and more. Furniture and appliances are included in the sale, plus the kitchen is full stocked. TV's, linens and towels, Gas BBQ pit, two burner outdoor stove are also staying. Bedrooms include one private bedroom with a queen size bed and one large open area off the living room that has a double, and 4 twin beds to accommodate guests. Parking area with accommodations for boats or trailers. Fish for catfish, bream, perch, bass and sac au lait are among the many species of fish caught in the lake. There is a docking area along side of the platform for your boat to tie off and the public launch is located just a few hundred feet from the property! Charter fishing trips and lake tours as well as golf cart rental are available nearby. Perpetual access to the lake is through Track 1-B-2 to pier and dock across the street from the camp. The lake is visible from the driveway.
