About Steven

Steve Floyd, Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari Realty Broker, has been continuously employed as a full-time Realtor since 1999. Broker for many years at the Gray Estate, Steve bought and sold every type of property. He opened Safari Realty in 2003 and formed Ingle Safari Realty with partner Robbie Ingle in 2011. In 2018 Ingle Safari Realty franchised with Coldwell Banker and purchased Coldwell Banker Gallerie Realty and Coldwell Banker Elite Realty, Sulphur and DeRidder brokerages respectively. Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari also added a Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise to better serve its many commercial clients and their specific needs. Steve has gained 25+ years of real estate experience to offer clients and the Coldwell Banker agents. He regularly contributes his time and knowledge to the local and state industry through leadership roles in the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors and the Louisiana Realtors. Steve has been married to the love of his life, Pamela (Cole) Floyd, since 1984. The couple has 3 children and 12 grandchildren, the joy of their lives! Steve takes his faith very seriously and endeavors to bring Glory to God through his work and in his personal life as well
