Originally from South Asia (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka) Shams came to the United States to pursue his dreams in business. His hard work, strength of character and true passion for real estate has helped Shams’ reputation as a qualified realtor rise. Shams’ also heads his own team with team member and fellow Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari realtor, Angela Mayon. With 25 years of experience in the commercial/ retail business, and 15 years of property management and leasing experience he is exceptionally knowledgeable with valuable skills in all aspects in which he uses daily in real estate.
