About Janis

I have been a realtor since 2005, but experienced selling spec homes much longer along side my contractor husband of 40+ years. (Real estate pays much better than my husband!) I love this job and my clients! My main objective is to help buyers and sellers walk through this process gaining the knowledge and understanding without it being too stressful. I strive to communicate and answer any calls I receive from my clients as quickly as possible. The best part of this job is meeting wonderful people and touring all the homes, especially the older homes with all the beautiful characteristics. Be intentionally wise and choose an experienced realtor! I volunteered for several years at a pregnancy center. I enjoy being with family and I love to travel!
