About Ruthi

Although born in Baton Rouge, Ruthi considers herself a native of Lafayette. She attended grade school, middle school, high school and college here in Lafayette. She is a graduate of UL Lafayette (USL at the time). After graduation, Ruthi sold TV advertising in the Lafayette market. For more than 12 years, she worked in promotions and sales as an account executive for the local cable, NBC and Warner Bros. affiliates. Her people skills and sales and marketing experience have lent greatly to her success as a realtor. Ruthi Hogan joins the Trahan Group with nearly eight years of real estate experience. After getting her license in January of 2009, Ruthi did business under the brokerage of Lafayette’s local Keller Williams, where she was awarded “Rookie of the Year.” Following more than seven years of work at Keller Williams, Ruthi left to pursue an opportunity with a brand-new brokerage, Chase Group Realty, where she was instrumental in recruiting and training new agents.
