About Monique

Although originally from Slidell, LA I have always had a soft place in my heart for Lafayette, LA. I moved here for college and have always felt at home in Cajun Country. After receiving my Business Marketing degree from UL Lafayette in 2002 my husband and I decided to venture into entrepreneurship. We opened up an architectural metalwork business called Metal Head, Inc where we create custom metalwork for new and existing homes. As a young girl I remember my realtor grandma advising me to get into real estate when I grew up. She loved the interactions with people and loved the excitement of getting someone into their new home. I am a 4th generation real estate investor so my passion for the business runs deep in my veins. From the moment we invested in our rental property I fell in love with real estate and decided that I wanted to focus my efforts in helping other families buy, sell or invest in their very own home or investment property. Nothing makes me happier than assisting people through the home buying or selling process. It is my goal to understand the unique needs of each client and help to guide them through their transactions. There are a lot of moving parts to any transaction and with my attention to detail I will coordinate all of those moving parts to have a successful transaction.
