About Vicki

Being a Realtor® is not my first career, but is has become my dream job! I graduated from the University of Louisville as a Dental Hygienist. After having children, I become a Childbirth Educator, Doula and Doula Trainer. That led me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I built a full service expectant and new parent business with 15 employees. I assisted thousands of new parents throughout the 25 years. When the independent healthcare offices were absorbed by large corporations, I was led to this new career, and I am only looking forward. In 2018, I become a Realtor®, a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and joined the Coldwell Banker Larry Rogers Realty Office in Shelbyville, Kentucky. I have always had a passion for real estate, and got on the job training through moving, “a-lot!” When our family had to relocate several times over the years (thirteen times, but whose counting), I did an enormous amount of remodeling, decorating, and staging to sell our homes. Along the way, I gained way too much experience in packing and unpacking! In 2020, my husband I built, what I plan to be, our forever home! Trading Spaces and Extreme Home Make Over were my gateway to my current HGTV addiction! My favorites are Good Bones and Home Town, which inspire me to find every client the place they can call HOME. My combined experiences have prepared me to guide every client through the maze of selling, moving, and buying a HOME! Since 2018, I have had the honor of helping clients with a multitude of buying and selling transactions including: Home relocation sales Land purchases to build a dream home Sell one home AND buy a larger home Purchase the perfect downsize home My office is located in Shelbyville, Kentucky, but I travel all over north and south Central Kentucky representing buyers and sellers.
