About Kim

I was born and raised in the Louisville area and have lived here all of my life. I was originally licensed in the early 2000s but pursued other professional opportunities. I’m excited to return to my roots and my passion of owning & operating a real estate business. Real estate combines my fascination with all things homes with a passion for helping people achieve their dreams and goals. I want my customers to feel comfortable in the process and know that I am trustworthy to give sound advice and counsel and will work hard for them. I bring a wide range of professional experience that benefits my real estate clients including: negotiation skills, proficiency in contract preparation, attention to detail and compliance from my past experience as a quality analyst. I work with buyers and sellers in Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer & Oldham counties and areas served by the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. I like working with clients in all phases of their real estate journey. In my free time, I love repurposing junk into new treasures, decorating and crafts. I love to travel. I enjoy supporting local businesses and enjoy music and seeing live bands perform.
