About Jeffrey

Jeffrey was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2008. His love of real estate has led him to develop skills in staging, decorating, and light general contracting. He has worked throughout the area assisting buyers and sellers with a commitment to each client to provide timely, honest, and professional service. “Making the decision to sell your home or deciding which house to buy is a very personal and oftentimes difficult and emotional decision. There is no greater compliment to me than to earn the trust of my clients and to be with them every step of the way as we work towards closing on their property.” Jeffrey has experience assisting other agents with property’s that required staging, repairs, or upgrades prior to being placed on the market. Houses that have suffered from ‘deferred maintenance, time warp syndrome (stuck in the 70’s), or needed to be decluttered have benefited from his expertise and willingness to take on these types of difficult projects and help the listing agent and seller get the property sold. Originally from Greenville SC, Jeffrey is a graduate of Winthrop College with a degree in Communications. Many of his family members still reside in the Greenville area and Jeffrey travels frequently to SC to visit. He also has several friends in South Carolina who are real estate agents and can provide referral services to those who may be interested in a move to the Upstate of South Carolina.
