About Teresa

Teresa earned her real estate license through Todd Thornton’s School of Real Estate and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She is licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee. Coldwell Banker awards include International Diamond Society for both 2021, 2022 & 2023. Local Coldwell Banker awards include Top Producer for 2020, 2022 & 2023. Top Sales for 2019, 2021, 2022 & 2023, and Top Listing Award for 2022 & 2023. Teresa is an active member of the Franklin-Simpson community. Her many areas of community service include President of the Chamber of Commerce, President of the Downtown Merchants Association, President of Business and Professional Women’s Club, and founder and President of the Soccer Booster Club. She was a member of the Renaissance Board and has worked with the Boys & Girls Club. Most of her career has been in customer service through Weyerhaeuser, Pineapple Lily (owner), and Harman. Teresa is a graduate of WKU with a degree in Small Business Management, and a member of First Baptist Church in Franklin. She and her husband, Jeff, are proud parents of Dustin and Austin, and proud grandparents to four amazing grandchildren.
