About Nichole

Nichole is a Kentucky Realtor and has been a resident of Simpson County since 1995. A member of The Advantage Realtor Group team since 2017, she works with both buyers and sellers and has extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Simpson, Warren, Allen, Logan, Barren, Butler, Hart, and Edmonson Counties. In addition to doing the work she loves in real estate, Nichole has 23 years of experience in law enforcement as a 911 operator/dispatcher. Apart from helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Nichole enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family. She has been married to her husband Thomas since 2001, and she has one son, an awesome daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
