Personal Background With real estate being my passion and being a "people person", the greatest joy and satisfaction for me is helping someone find their perfect home. Whether they are first-time home buyers, long-time owners upgrading to more suitable properties or "right-sizing" to fit a changing season in life---No property is too small or too large--and there's no better place to do all of this than here in Kentucky. A native Kentuckian, and Kentucky Colonel, I have been involved in the housing industry since 1987. Since joining Coldwell Banker in 1987, I sold and managed at Fischer Homes for over 17 years, earned countless sales and management awards, and was awarded the coveted MIRM designation, the pinnacle for new homes sales education. It is said I am a leader in my field representing years of industry experience and customer excellence. I have been actively involved in the National Association of Home Builders, serving on the local Board of Directors, Chairing Cavalcade of Homes committees, and founding the local Sales and Marketing Council for Northern Kentucky. My highest honor is years of happy customers, referrals, and being recognized as a trusted advisor. My biggest blessing is having 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren, and a wonderful husband to walk beside me.
