About Karyn

I am a mother to three adult daughters and a proud Mimi to my adorable granddaughter, Adelaide. I live with two Balinese cats, Jasper and Ophelia (aka Fifi). I love walking the riverwalk in Cincinnati, visiting Newport on the Levee, and hiking local parks like Devou Park or destinations such as Natural Bridge. I also enjoy singing, reading, and listening to podcasts on personal growth. I also own an organizing business, Pitch It or Place It, where I help clients declutter and create more functional spaces. This experience has been invaluable in my real estate work, helping clients stage their homes to show at their very best. I have always loved real estate and have been helping friends and family find their homes long before I became a licensed realtor. I enjoy meeting clients, listening to their ideas, and helping them turn their dreams into reality. I believe that treating people with care and respect is the key to building success and fostering lasting relationships, both in business and in life.
