About Eric

Lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, Eric gained valuable experience being a licensed Real Estate Appraiser for 13 years and Realtor since 2001. Eric joined the largest Real Estate Firm in the United States in 2015 by becoming a member of one of the top producing Real Estate Teams. Eric has sold several million dollars worth of real estate and has appraised over 4,000 homes in Greater Cincinnati.Eric has had experience in real estate in nearly every municipality in Northern KY. Eric is a founding member and President of River Cities Business Networking International (BNI). With an extensive background in sales and appraisal work, this gives him a deeper perspective from the eyes of the specific communities and the contract to close process in a Real Estate transaction. The networking aspect allows Eric to better serve his clients with extensive knowledge of credible/competent referral partners. Eric is currently the Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern Kentucky.Eric enjoys spending time with his three sons and is an active participant in youth organizations on their behalf. He is a believer is an active lifestyle, running, cycling, hiking and travel. He has hiked large sections of the App. Trail, ran marathons in Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Nashville and Columbus. Eric is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), NKY Association of Realtors (NKAR), Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR), NKY Multiple Listing Service (NKMLS), Business Networking International (BNI).
