About Nina

Nina became a licensed agent in 1972 and a licensed broker in 1978. She started V.I.P. Realty, Inc. in 1980 and became the first Coldwell Banker affiliate in the state of Kentucky in 1985. Nina has served as President of the Central Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, most recently in 2009 and as Director of the Kentucky Association of REALTORS®. A former member of RPAC Committee, former member of the State Ethics Committee, she is currently a member of the Forkland Community Center and the UK Alumni Association. She was chairman of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and served on the board for four years. A member of the Presbyterian Church of Danville, Nina is very active in the community. She served as Vice President of the Boyle County Fair Board, is an animal lover and supporter of the Humane Society and Relay for Life. In 2006 V.I.P. Realty, Inc. was the only office in Kentucky to sponsor a house for Coldwell Banker's 100 Homes for Habitat Campaign. Nina's many awards and accomplishments include REALTOR® of the YEAR in 1985 and 2009, BPW Business Equity Award, the Coldwell Banker Centennial Award, and Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year. Despite all of her accomplishments as a businesswoman, Nina's favorite job is being "Nanny" to her only granddaughter, Avery.
