    I like to tell people I grew up in Mayberry. Actually, it was a dairy farm in Smiths Grove near the Mammoth Cave area. From my farm kid view, it seemed pretty similar. My family, like many in the area, instilled me with the value of family and community. I currently live in the historic district downtown in a beautiful old place with my spoiled 65 pound boxer.
