I have been licensed to sell real estate in the state of Kentucky since June 2002. I have been in Sales as far back as 1980. Most consider real estate sales as having people skills, and it is. However, there is so much more to it than that. Communications is the key. Communicating with Sellers, Buyers, Bankers, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Repair experts and much more. There are many steps to either selling or buying a home. All of which I do routinely. I have performed on over 500 contracts in my short career and it was a lot of work. Work I enjoy.
