About Karianne

Growing up on a farm in Western Kansas, I now call the Wichita area my home. I moved to Wichita to attend WSU and after graduating, married an ICT native. We have happily settled right into central Kansas living where you can enjoy city life and yet drive just a minute to find some peace in the country. I have four wonderful, sometimes sweet and sometimes sassy children which help keep me humble, grounded and organized! My oldest is now attending medical school in AR, number two is a junior at WSU and works at UPS. The younger two are in high school and middle school. The age span of my boys is wonderful and allows me to constantly meet new people and reconnect with others! Buying and selling real estate is truly something I enjoy. I love helping people and understand the importance of personal service as well as customer service. I will work hard to find the answer to all of your questions and solution for all of your needs. I began this career in real estate managing rental properties that my husband and I had purchased. I also helped manage some military friends and neighbor's properties as they are being reassigned and wanting to rent their home for a couple of years until they return from their mission. This has been very rewarding for me and I have learned to check the time zone before I communicate!
