My name is Adam Crowder and I am a REALTOR servicing Wichita and surrounding markets in Kansas. I pride myself in working hard for all of my clients ensuring that everyone has a great real estate experience by making sure that communication and understanding the process is the top priority of the transaction. I deeply value my clients’ time and understand that a real estate transaction is likely the biggest purchase or sale you will ever participate in. My clients describe me as reliable, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful going on to state that I am open and honest with you through every step of the process. I use my knowledge and experience from other aspects of my life including construction, remodeling, flipping houses and working in the commercial/residential arenas to better help my clients navigate all aspects of Real Estate investing. I refuse to make assumptions about my clients needs and ensure to listen to even the smallest details to help find the best possible solution. I will stand in my clients’ corner the entire time and ensure they have all the information necessary to make the most informed decision as possible. Personally, I am a lifelong resident of Kansas. I understand many different markets and can help my clients that are searching near and far for their exact needs. I have been married to my wife Lisa since 1995 and have lived in the Wichita area with our daughter for most of my life. I consider myself a family man and enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love to travel when the time allows.
