Hi, I’m Erica Garcia Babb, Licensed Realtor affiliated with Coldwell Banker American Home. I am passionate about helping people find what they value in their life, and I have found that real estate is an accessible avenue for finding the lifestyle that makes you happy. My most basic goal is to be the name you speak when you hear someone mention real estate in Kansas. I value honesty, integrity, and compassion above all else and try my best to live my values every single day. As a former educator, I’ve learned that what is important is meeting people where they are in order to get them where they want to go and I have the patience and knowledge to do just that. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (GO HOGS!), and many of the skills I learned there continue to guide me in my career in real estate. From the science of things to the timely communication, my engineering background is at the core of how I function and make sure that your transactions run smoothly.
