In 2018 I was awarded Realtor of the Year by the Lawrence Board of Realtors. I was President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors in 2019. In total, I served 6 years on my local real estate board. I have served on numerous committees with the Lawrence Board of Realtors. I am active within my community. I spent many years helping and serving on the Toys for Tots Board. I am currently serving on the task force for the Children’s Community Center which will open this fall (2024). I belong to all 3 local MLS”s (multiple listing service), Lawrence, Topeka and Kansas City. This provides the most exposure possible for my listings. While buyers use third party sites, Realtors use their local MLS. This puts my clients at a huge advantage. My policy of treating clients as my top priority has its roots in my ear lier career as a business owner. I owned, operated and worked in my residential cleaning business.
