I make it a priority to become a subject matter expert in all that I involve myself in. I work to understand industry trends and the latest technology advancements relative to tools and services to ensure my clients benefit from the best marketing and search products to aid in the sell or purchase of their homes. I've earned certificates of negotiation from the University of Notre Dame which enables me to present my client's interest in the best possible way. Mostly, I truly enjoy the opportunity to work with great people in an effort to find solutions. As a Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker, I diligently work with my clients to identify and engineer solutions around their current needs. In an effort to become a Real Estate subject matter expert, I've invested in my professional development by enrolling and completing both Negotiation Essentials and Advanced Negotiation certification programs through the University of Notre Dame. This skill set has equipped me to pursue, develop and manage client relationships which aids in the home selling and buying process.
