This house has been our family home for 33 years. We raised our children here and it is a perfect neighborhood to enjoy all that the South Bend area has to offer. The house is close to many different school choices, Notre Dame, Howard Park, the River Walk, IUSB, Farmers Market and so much more. In the last few years there have been several new young families moving into the neighborhood. It is fun to experience the energy and interests that everyone brings to the area. The home is a classic brick two-story home with a slate roof with plenty of room inside including a finished basement! The back yard is large enough to handle having friends and family over for a barbecue, yard games and a fire in the firepit.
