About Tracia

Tracia Hill is a long-time resident of Northwest Indiana, but was relocated from the Chicagoland area. She came in the business as a Dual agent, licensed in both Indiana and Illinois. She specializes in working with buyers, as well as working with sellers. Tracia leaped into Real Estate after transitioning from her long-term career as a Team Leader in the Automotive Industry. Importantly, she wanted to learn everything she needed to know to become a successful Realtor. Coming from a strong background of leadership, nothing could stop her. After a very successful 1 st year as a Broker, she won Rookie of the year and ended the year as a 1-5 Million Dollar Producer. Tracia enjoys working closely with her clients to get the job done. She brings professionalism, but also lots of fun into each transaction. Tracia takes pride in making her clients' dreams come true. Giving up without a fight is not an option for her, which makes her unique in this business. Tracia works hard at whatever she does, and loves to stay busy! Let's work together!
