1996 Mike Garcia bought a cellular Store in Forest Park IL called Cellular Advantage, Back Then the cellular service was called Cellular One, Verizon Wireless Bought them out shortly after, I sold over 3,000 cellular Phones He would lease the property and operate the business. After a couple of years in the business 2002 Mike Garcia relocated to Indiana where he attended Mc Colly Real Estate there he earned his Real Estate license. He then went out and bought a house in Gary to try and profit so he renovated it and then rented out. He describe northwest Indiana as a good rehab investment opportunity there he pursed it further and got a job with an investor that would buy, sell, renovate, and rent houses.
