Alex Respess is a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty and a proud member of the Durochik Group. Alex serves sellers, buyers, and investors in communities throughout Northwest Indiana from Valparaiso to Munster and Demotte to Lake Michigan. Alex moved to Valparaiso, Indiana over a decade ago. Since then, he has embraced everything the city has to offer. Alex and his wife, Courtney, opened Smyle Yogurt Bar in 2012. He firmly believes that there is nothing more rewarding than investing in your own community. His passion for success is driven by his desire to help others and his one-year-old Lab Husky mix, Charlie. On a personal note, Alex is an avid gamer, baseball fan, and food enthusiast.
