This looks like it is straight out of HGTV! This new craftsman style home went from nice to WOW with all of the updates and design touches that have been made. Let's start with the entryway board and batten, wallpaper, and the chandelier and when we move into the great room you are going to be happy to see you already have window treatments and the rest of the home does too!! In the kitchen the faucet, island lights, and dining light have also been replaced and extra shelving was added to the cabinet and pantry. Bathrooms have new light fixtures, faucets, and a new shower head in the shower. Primary bedroom has new fan/light accent lights, a light in the closet, and extra shelving! Guest room now has the most adorable wallpaper with board and batten and an amazing chandelier to finish it off. Now wait until you go out back and see the patio!! Take your pick of the 12 x 16 covered patio, or the 10 x 13 slab that was added with lights and speaker lights! And the garage.... it even has wifi connect lights, and don't forget the shoe storage! All of the appliances are only 1 year old and STAY! Washer and Dryer, range, water softener, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Oh, and the front yard already has grass and landscaping done along with the dusk lights. You will not be disappointed with this beauty and it is located right outside of Huntertown in a nice quiet area.
