I never try and "sell" someone on a home. I always tell them the "the home will find you". I LOVE listings too! We all tend to market homes the same way, but I believe that you are entrusting me with one of your greatest assets and once you get to know me you will find that this is just not about selling a home. I truly want to get your home sold quickly and for the best price, but I also want to carry the burden for you. Once I get a home listed, I want the seller to sit back and relax and let me do the work!! My job is to make this transition seamless for them with little stress and only happy memories. In my career I have closed on over 800 homes and with experience comes knowledge and understanding.
