I bring over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a career encompassing construction, ownership, asset management, and investment advisory services. I previously owned and operated a construction company that remodeled and built residential properties in both Dallas and Indiana, and I have owned and managed commercial multifamily, industrial, retail, and office assets throughout my career. Over the past decade, I have also managed two international commercial real estate offices and one regional office. I am a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and specialize in commercial real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition, investment strategy, and site selection for U.S. and international clients, representing more than $300 million in completed transaction volume across multifamily, industrial, retail, and office asset classes. My work includes underwriting opportunities, negotiating purchase and lease terms, executing dispositions, and collaborating with local and state economic development organizations to secure pricing advantages and incentive packages that enhance project feasibility and long-term returns. In addition to my commercial advisory work, I have built a dedicated team that provides comprehensive housing solutions for companies relocating operations and employees. This platform allows clients to address both commercial site selection and employee housing needs through a coordinated, single-team approach. My team includes Min Kang, a residential specialist who is actively expanding her commercial real estate expertise as we collaborate on projects, along with a junior broker joining the team who will be trained across both the commercial and residential aspects of the business. My commercial real estate experience spans Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee. I lead a highly responsive team capable of traveling as needed and working across time zones to support overseas clients with disciplined execution and a strong work ethic.
