About Stacey

Stacey Krantz is a dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group serving Fort Wayne, Roanoke, Huntertown, Columbia City, and the surrounding Northeast Indiana communities. Originally licensed in 2018, Stacey built early momentum in the industry before reactivating her license in 2026 to once again focus on helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home. A lifelong Fort Wayne resident and graduate of Indiana University–Fort Wayne, Stacey brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities she serves. Her professional background spans real estate, mortgage services, and real estate investing, giving her clients a well-rounded perspective on the market and the buying and selling process. Before starting her career in finance and real estate, Stacey earned a teaching degree, which continues to influence her approach with clients. She believes in educating and guiding people every step of the way so they feel confident and informed throughout their real estate journey. Known for being highly responsive, caring, and client-focused, Stacey is passionate about creating a positive experience for every buyer and seller she works with. Outside of real estate, Stacey is a group fitness enthusiast who values discipline, motivation, and community—qualities she also brings to her work with clients.
