About PATRICK

Patrick Maloblocki is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of real estate leadership experience in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the former broker-owner of a Coldwell Banker franchise and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, where he played a key role in operational leadership, growth, and organizational development. Patrick spent over a decade in volunteer leadership to the real estate industry, having served on numerous committees and boards and the local and state level of Realtor associations. After years of leading teams and building platforms for others to succeed, Patrick intentionally and gracefully stepped back from executive leadership to focus on building his own business, while still serving the organization as a Strategic Advisor. Today, his practice is centered on commercial real estate, large-parcel land transactions, and distinctive high-end residential properties, where his strategic insight, market knowledge, and deep local relationships create meaningful value for clients. Patrick is active in the Fort Wayne community with numerous board appointments in the city.
