Hi! Thanks for taking a look at my profile! . I'm a l ifelong resident of Wayne County . I spent my early elementary school years at Northeastern Elementary school where I have many fond memories of friends and teachers as well. The summer between my 4th and 5th-grade years my parents moved to Greens Fork where I finished out my school days at Nettlecreek School Corp in Hagerstown. I spent my free time playing sports and exploring nature, and pushing the envelope, as most young boys do. Throughout most of my time in Greens Fork, my Father, Jim, worked at Lingle Real Estate. He was a Realtor for several years, and then transitioned into his final role as Business Manager, overseeing many of the day to day operations of Lingle Real Estate. In a way, I grew up with real estate in my blood! After graduating high school I went to B all State University in Muncie, IN with a Major in Business Administration. Not really knowing what I wanted to do when I grew up...I felt that a knowledge of how to operate a business would serve me well in any career I chose. Several times throughout my college career I would call upon Mr. Paul Lingle, owner of Lingle Real Estate, for expert knowledge, and as a source for various projects that I had. Little did I know, that just a few years later, after a few retail sales jobs, that I would be a full-time Realtor! From 2001 through 2006 I was a full-time Realtor at LRE, still young, and green behind the ears...I chose to explore other interests in the T echnology and Communications Field, working at a cellular retailer for the next several years as a sales consultant, manager, and traveling the country to restructure and retrain struggling stores, and assist in opening new ones. While I was in the Wireless & Telecommunications market, I kept up with real estate knowledge, training, licensing, and continuing education requirements, and occasionally, assisting close friends and family with their real estate needs. In 2016 my calling as a Realtor bit me again! I have a strong desire to help others! Learn from the mistakes that I've made...Let me help you get what you want! Often it doesn't happen overnight, but together, we can make a plan to make all of your dreams come true! Real Estate is one of the best investments that you will ever make, but you can't do it blindly.
