About Nem

Nem Ostojic enjoys serving his clients in residential and commercial real estate industry segments as well as investing in single-family properties. Nem stems from an academic background, holding a doctorate degree in classical music from Indiana University and having performed as a classical guitarists in major music festivals and venues in over twenty countries around the world. In 2022, Nem was the host of Guitar Foundation of America International Convention, which he brought to the University of Indianapolis. Nem likes to use his creative and organizational skills to best serve the unique needs of his diverse real estate clients. Outside of real estate and music, Nem has a life-long interest in automobiles and enjoys restoring and modifying vintage German cars and motorcycles as his hobby..
