About Joelle

Meet Joelle Morken, Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty. Providing services for all of DeKalb, Kane, DuPage, Kendall, and portions of Ogle and Lee Counties. She brings strong communication skills and her out of the box thinking to get the deal done. Joelle is extremely relatable and goes out of her way to make clients comfortable with their home purchasing decision. She has a background in finance and will never push you to spend more than what's right for your budget. Outside of Real Estate Joelle volunteers for her local Cortland Events committee, helping plan parades, festivals, and other community events. She and her husband Scott also own a retail store; Homegrown Supplies. When Joelle is not busy going from one sporting event to another for one of her four daughters she likes to relax with friends, whether it's cooking out, going to dinner, golfing, concerts, or traveling, Vegas and Mexico are a few of her favorites.
