Charles Lutz Biography: Charles “Chuck” Lutz started his real estate career in 2014 as Executive Vice-President of JHL International LLC, a real estate development company buying and rehabbing homes for resale. He later became a state licensed broker in 2018 to further compliment his 25+ years in construction, project management, and sales backgrounds. Spending years living and working in the western suburbs in the towns of Burr Ridge, Downers Grove, LaGrange, Lemont, Wayne, Wheaton, and Winfield areas has provided him a wealth of property and city knowledge to better support his clients. His strong construction experience along with his passion for studying, analyzing, and negotiating property values has propelled his efforts outside of these areas to support a larger base of clients eager to have his expertise to support their attempts to sell and/or buy a home. At the start of 2020, Coldwell Banker was pleased to announce that Chuck joined our company and will be based at our St. Charles, Illinois facility.
