With 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, she worked her way up from sales agent to vice president. It was through this journey that she developed her passion for helping people, strong communication style, and active listening skills. In 2022, she concluded her career at a national insurance company to pursue her passions in real estate where she could utilize her desire to help others and ambitious negotiation skills to achieve the best profitable outcome for her clients. Norma, on her own and with her husband, have invested in several properties over the years in Illinois and across the country. When she’s not working with clients to help them buy, sell, and pursue their real estate aspirations, she spends time with her loving family, her husband, 4 young adult children, 2 adorable dogs and making long-lasting memories with her senior parents.
