Business Philosophy As manager Larry works one-on-one with his agents to help plan their goals and objectives. He conducts training classes and workshops in sales techniques, marketing, technology, customer service and continuing education. Larry's goal is to improve his agent's knowledge of the market and to insure customer satisfaction. By creating an environment of successful agents he is expanding the market share of his office and helping the community which it serves. Larry is a Non-selling Manager. He believes that it is his responsibility to coach agents and help them increase their own success and reach higher levels of production without competing with them. Technology is one of larry's strengths. Larry teaches technology, publishes weekly "Tech Tips" to over 2.000 subscribers, conducts social networking seminars at the local Association of Realtors offices and has given seminars for Coldwell Banker offices in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Larry has been one of nine managers across the country picked to help develop the Realogy "Homebase" transaction management system. Larry has a deep sense of community and patriotism which stems from his service in Viet Nam, serving on the presidential commissioned Viet Nam Veteran Leadership Association and volunteers for Willow Creek Community Church and for the Salvation Army. Under Larry's management, the Coldwell Banker Schaumburg Office was awarded the National "Premier Office" designation three years, National #1 Outgoing Referrals and #2 in Closed Referrals awards.
