Business Philosophy I started Real Estate in 1997 when I purchased my first townhome for my parents. It all started with that first purchase and then I knew what I wanted to do from that point on. I purchase a second home in 2000 as a rehab project here in Wheaton that turned into my wife's and I first home. I obtained my real estate training and license the following year together with the news that my wife was pregnant with our first daughter. I then joined Coldwell Banker Residential in Wheaton lead by Sandi Williams who gave me the tools, the additional training, and the chance to prove myself in the field. We were blessed to join such a great company and office who soon became as part of the family. September 11 soon hit and we were faced with a new reality. Surprisingly we had 5 of the best years in Real Estate and a bull market that proved to be one for the books.
