About Todd

Todd is a true local. Born and raised in rural Toluca, he graduated from St Bede Academy in ’93 and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Millikin University. Starting his married life in Peru, Todd has since resided in rural La Rose, Granville, Minonk, and returned to Peru in 2015. His expertise extends beyond theory; as a third-generation owner of the family construction business, Todd is intimately familiar with every aspect of home building. Recently, he has focused on remodeling, working on homes of various ages and architectural styles. Todd attributes his success to attentive listening and understanding his clients’ needs. Todd enjoys day trips with his wife Meigan, golfing with friends, and exploring local restaurants. As a newer agent, Todd brings years of practical experience and is ready to work for you.
