About Carol

Carol Wlodarchak I made the decision to become a Realtor® in 2000 and attended Joliet Junior College for the certification. Since then, I have completed the CRS and GRI designations which are an extensive training in the real estate field and awarded to only about 5% of the association membership. In 2015, I attained Illinois State licenses to instruct others in the field of real estate and currently teach classes at Illinois Valley Community College and Illinois Valley Association of Realtors. Recently, in 2024, I added Managing Broker licensure to my qualifications. My education and training has helped me take my business to the next level of excellence for my customers.
