About Barb

Barb Kuzma Barb is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer who specializes in Commercial and Residential property and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. Barb prides herself on focusing on client needs first and maintains a flexible schedule. Barb previously had 26 years in executive management positions with Zurich Insurance Co., Schaumburg, IL. She previously attended Harper College, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and the IVCC Real Estate Licensing Program. Since 2004, after joining Coldwell Banker, she has been working hard to service her real estate clients. Barb was born and raised in LaSalle and married her husband, Jack who was born and raised in Spring Valley. She is the mother of her son, Todd, and grandmother of granddaughter, Mary and grandson, Jack. She currently resides in Peru. She has enjoyed gardening, golf, walking, bicycling, boating, riding on my husband`s Harley, and good friends.
