Built in 1875 during what was known as the "Whiskey Capital Era". It was during that year the Woolner brothers established one of the first large distilleries in the city. Growth in Peoria was on the rise & this four square all brick home was born on what was then the edge of the city off Western Avenue & a stones throw away from Madison Golf Course.
